Job summary

Wight Healthcare is seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Fareham and Gosport Community Therapies Team. You will assess and treat adults in the community, manage a caseload, and work within a multidisciplinary team to maximise independence and rehabilitation outcomes.

You will supervise junior staff, access CPD opportunities, and participate in service development. HCPC registration is essential, and a vehicle for work is required due to community-based duties.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist is essential.
• Experience in community-based physiotherapy and caseload management is desirable.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Capability to develop treatment plans and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality community physiotherapy assessments and interventions for adults.
• Manage your own caseload with sound clinical reasoning and risk management.
• Collaborate with patients, families, carers and colleagues across health and social care.
• Support junior staff and contribute to supervision and CPD.
