Job summary

Pulse AHP’s Physiotherapist team is currently recruiting an experienced Band 6 Senior Community Physiotherapist to join the team for a full-time role based in the Whitehaven area. These roles require at least 1 year’s experience working exclusively with physio population.

This position is in Whitehaven with full-time hours, Monday to Friday, for 3 months with potential for extension. Salary is up to £27 per hour, with HCPC registration and physiotherapy expertise.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• HCPC registration.
• Experience in community physiotherapy setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy services including assessment, treatment, and management of patients within the community setting.
• Work collaboratively with health and social care professionals to offer integrated care and advice.
• Support the flow and discharge processes in close coordination with Brampton Community Hospital.
• Implement patient-centered care plans, focusing on improving quality of life and promoting independence.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to service development.
