Job summary

Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join Portsmouth Community Service. You will work in a dynamic multidisciplinary team to assess needs and deliver physiotherapy interventions to enable rehabilitation and reablement goals.

As a Band 6 registered professional, you will manage a varied caseload, develop evidence-based treatment plans, supervise rotational staff and contribute to service improvement activities within our community services.

Qualifications

• Band 6 registered physiotherapist joining Portsmouth Community Service.
• Formulate and deliver generic and specialised treatment programmes based on evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate team work, influence clinical decisions, and monitor care quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of patients with a variety of conditions.
• Develop and deliver treatment plans to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Supervise rotational physiotherapists and therapy assistants; participate in student education.
• Contribute to service improvement and quality initiatives.
