Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Senior Community Physiotherapist in the Community Therapy Team North, covering Horsham, Crawley and Mid-Sussex. You will deliver holistic, personalized rehabilitation and lead within an MDT, driving service development and clinical excellence in a dynamic community setting.

The role emphasises flexible hours (full or part-time), strong teamwork, and ongoing professional development within a supportive NHS environment.

Responsabilidades

• Patient Care: Conduct assessments and plan treatments for patients with diverse conditions, making appropriate referrals to our partners.
• Leadership: Contribute to the MDT by allocating visits and supporting clinical and operational leads; supervise and develop colleagues across four pillars of practice.
• Mobility: A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential as you’ll cover Horsham, Crawley and Mid-Sussex.
• Service development and Quality Improvement: Participate in creating and implementing change and utilising new skills with training support.
• Clinical Excellence: Stay at the forefront of physiotherapy practice with evidence-based interventions.
