Job summary

Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist for Haverfordwest with an immediate start. You will assess, treat and rehabilitate patients in the community, delivering personalized care plans in patients' homes or local clinics.

You will work autonomously with a diverse caseload, including musculoskeletal, neurological or respiratory conditions; HCPC registered physiotherapist with a full UK driving license is preferred. Salary £27.00–£28.00 per hour for a 37.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Experience in community/healthcare settings.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for community-based patients.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services in the community.
• Work autonomously with a diverse caseload.
