Elmbridge Borough Council in Esher is recruiting a Senior Community Partnerships Officer to strengthen relationships within the voluntary, community and faith sector and help ensure residents receive the support they need.

You will lead on partnerships, oversee grants and funding programmes such as Elmbridge Lottery, and collaborate with partners, councillors and council services to deliver positive outcomes for communities across the borough.

Qualifications

• Experience working with community organisations and partnerships.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and bringing people together.
• Experience managing grants or funding programmes.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead officer for supporting and developing relationships with the voluntary, community and faith sector.
• Oversee grants and funding programmes, including Elmbridge Lottery.
• Lead on partnership responses to residents' issues, including cost of living.
• Manage Community Project Officer and coordinate volunteering and community support initiatives.
• Contribute to wider corporate projects and transformation programmes.
