Job summary

CSH Surrey in Surrey is seeking a Band 6 Senior Community Nurse to lead a district nursing team in the North West Surrey area. The post offers part/full-time flexibility and requires commitment to high standards of patient care within a 7-day service framework.

Applicants must have UK RN registration, a nursing degree and demonstrate leadership, teaching and clinical assessment skills. Interviews on 11 November 2026. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Current UK nursing registration with district nursing scope.
• Degree in nursing or equivalent with ongoing professional development.
• Experience in leading teams and delivering education to staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and evaluate individualized nursing care for community patients.
• Manage a district nursing team and coordinate 7-day service delivery.
• Educate patients, carers and staff; supervise and appraise team members.
• Collaborate with GPs, social services and hospital colleagues to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain records, monitor medications and ensure infection control standards.
