York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Community Nurse to join the South District Nurse Team in the Community Nursing pathway. The post requires a qualified District Nurse or an experienced Senior Community Nurse with caseload management experience and the ability to travel across the locality during a normal day.
