Job summary

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Band 6 Senior Community Nurse to join the Crisis Response Team. You will conduct holistic assessments, plan and coordinate care in line with NMC standards and NICE guidance, delivering a 7-day, 24-hour service when required.

The role involves driving a lease car, 11.5-hour shifts (some night duties) and collaboration with partner organisations across community settings. Attractive pension, relocation package and staff benefits available.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in community/urgent care settings preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive holistic assessments and care planning.

• Coordinate shifts and participate in service development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with policy.
