Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Band 6 Mental Health nurse.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and advise on high-quality safe nursing care in a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead and support junior staff and supervise care planning and documentation.
• Coordinate and evaluate patient-centred care with the MDT and carers.
• Administer and monitor medications and manage side-effects.
• Promote safety, risk management and clinical governance.
