Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Band 6 Senior Community Children’s Nurse to join the Bexley and Greenwich Community Children’s Nursing Team and integrated Hospital at Home Team. You will be a skilled Children’s Nurse with extensive experience in the community, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children and families at home, and providing end-of-life support where needed.

The role involves seven-day service from 08:00 to 20:30, with on-call duties to support

Qualifications

• Registered Children's Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in community-based care and home visiting.
• Experience in palliative/end-of-life care desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to children and families at home or in community settings.
• Deliver care in line with evidence-based guidelines and local policies.
• Participate in a 7-day service from 08:00 to 20:30 with on-call duties for complex cases.
