St Christopher’s in London is seeking a Senior Community Connector to build trusted relationships with local communities and organisations. You will help us understand community needs and create opportunities for meaningful participation, while supporting a team of Connectors and coordinating engagement activities.
The role includes delivering workshops, coordinating health and hospice promotion, and ensuring the community voices inform our end-of-life care work.
