Brunelcare is recruiting for a community care role covering the Bridgwater area. You will provide hands-on personal care to clients in their homes, update support plans, and ensure dignity and privacy are maintained.

Applicants should have care experience and a willingness to work towards QCF Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care. Availability 7am–10pm and weekends is required; driving is necessary for travel between clients.

Qualificações

• Experience of working in care and a demonstrate passion for helping others.
• Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on personal care to clients in the community.
• Support with writing and updating support plans ensuring person-centred care is provided.
• Ensure clients' dignity and privacy is respected.
• On-Call responsibilities – currently on call one in three weeks (extra £200 per week whilst on call).
• Fixed two week rolling rota.
