Job summary

Brunelcare is recruiting for community care workers to provide in-home support across Somerset. You will assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal prep and mobility support in their own homes, with full training provided for medication administration.

We value a kind, patient approach and reliable timekeeping to support clients and help them remain independent for as long as possible. AM and PM shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates kindness, patience and compassion in client care.
• Timely and reliable, with strong time-keeping and punctuality.
• Own transport or driving licence required to visit clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support in clients' own homes.
• Assist with washing, dressing, and meals as required.
• Administer medications per care plan with training provided.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Support clients to stay independent and engaged in activities.
