Job summary

Brunelcare is seeking caring individuals to join its Somerset Community team as Community Carers, supporting clients to stay safely in their own homes across Bridgwater, Highbridge, Burnham-On-Sea, Cheddar and nearby areas.

No previous care experience is required as full training, shadowing and ongoing support are provided. Shifts include AM and PM, with a focus on compassionate, patient care and reliable timekeeping.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; comprehensive paid training provided.
• Timekeeping skills are paramount, clients rely on punctual visits.
• A driving licence and your own vehicle are essential due to distances between clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support in clients' homes.
• Administer medications as per care plan; full training provided.
• Maintain and record documentation promptly.
• Help clients stay independent and enjoy life at home.
