Daisy Communications is seeking a Senior Communications Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. Based in Bournemouth, you will lead email marketing campaigns, optimise prospecting emails, and ensure compliant communications across the UC portfolio.

You’ll analyse campaign performance, drive engagement, and maintain website content and key collateral, working with a cross-functional team. HubSpot experience is desirable, as is strong copywriting and attention to detail.

• Experience with email marketing campaigns and CRM platforms.
• Strong copywriting skills for marketing content.
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and optimise prospecting email campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
• Analyse customer and new business marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Manage the execution of all customer communications within the UC portfolio, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Ensure GDPR/PECR compliance across marketing activities.
• Create and maintain website content within the UC area, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Act as the primary point of contact for UC marketing materials, including brochures, terms and conditions, and other collateral.
