Job summary

Live Nation UK is seeking an experienced communications professional to lead PR campaigns for live events across the UK, from intimate gigs to major festivals and tours. You will manage two team members, shape PR strategies, budgets and agency relationships while collaborating with marketing, ticketing, and artist relations teams.

The role requires strong writing and media relations skills, a proven track record in music publicity, and the ability to drive campaigns that connect media activity

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in music, live events, or entertainment publicity.
• Adept at handling talent, from emerging artists to global superstars.
• Deep UK media network across key verticals with proven placement and storytelling success.
• Experience managing or supervising people.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and juggling multiple projects.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, ticketing, artists teams and corporate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage PR campaigns across Live Nation UK portfolio for intimate gigs to arena tours.
• Line manage two communications executives, overseeing campaigns, strategy and budgets.
• Oversee press announcements, interviews and media trips with clear messaging and focus.
• Handle media accreditation and press at events for top-tier media experiences.
• Lead on media partnerships for festivals and events with agencies and partners.
• Recruit and manage PR agencies for festivals/events in line with objectives.
• Maintain and develop a network of influential media contacts.
• Collaborate with Creator Partnerships Manager for creator/influencer campaigns as needed.
• Monitor media coverage and provide insights to internal teams.
• Support crisis communications discretely and efficiently.
• Work with promoters, marketing, partnerships and artist relations to align initiatives.
