Job summary

Live Nation (Music) UK Limited is seeking a Communications Assistant for Touring and Festivals based in London, with UK travel. You will support PR campaigns, manage press lists, issue releases, monitor coverage, and assist on site at major live events.

You'll work with journalists and creators, coordinating media activity, drafting updates, and helping deliver high-profile campaigns across intimate shows to large stadiums.

Qualifications

• Experience in PR or comms, particularly within entertainment, music, live events, or similar fields.
• Experience managing press lists, reporting on coverage, working on press releases and securing media coverage.
• Experience working with journalists, photographers and media.
• Highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail.
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain department mailing lists and ensure contacts are up-to-date.
• Manage department email inbox and route requests to stakeholders.
• Send out press releases and localise third-party releases to LN UK template.
• Monitor media coverage and report on coverage for priority shows and campaigns.
• Support on site at events, assisting with show accreditation and media management.
• Plan and deliver large-scale media engagements, launches and gifting campaigns.
• Travel as required for events and meetings.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
