Job description

Our client is one of the UK's leading Building Services (mechanical and electrical) Commissioning Management Consultancies. They work on major construction projects across a range of sectors, both in the UK and on The Continent.

They are looking to recruit a Senior Building Services Commissioning Manager to lead projects in the London area.

Role:

• You will be responsible for commissioning all building services packages on a variety of projects.
• You will liaise with the client and principal contractor to ensure satisfaction with progress.
• You will oversee all building services sub-contractors to ensure best practices and adherence to programme.
• You may manage a team of up to 5 Commissioning Engineers / Managers on larger projects.
• You will ensure the commissioning programme is regularly updated.

Person:

• You will hold a recognized industry qualification (minimum HNC/HND) and be mechanically, electrically, or BMS biased.
• You will have experience working on major construction projects as a Commissioning Manager.
• You will have worked for a Commissioning Consultancy or Principal Contractor.
• You will possess excellent technical knowledge.
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills.
