Job summary

Arthur Recruitment is seeking an experienced in-house lawyer for a leading insurance organisation to support senior stakeholders across technology, operations, procurement, business transformation and underwriting.

You will handle complex commercial agreements, outsourcing, SaaS, cloud and data governance, while contributing to strategic transformation and innovation projects in a flexible hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with significant post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in insurance technology and commercial contracts.
• Experience advising on outsourcing, procurement, cloud and SaaS arrangements.
• Ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior business stakeholders on a broad range of commercial and strategic matters.
• Draft, negotiate and manage technology, SaaS, cloud, outsourcing and procurement agreements.
• Support major transformation and business change projects.

• Build strong relationships across the business and externally with key suppliers and advisers.

A leading company market insurance organisation is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its in-house legal team, supporting all of the companies senior stakeholders for example; technology, operations, procurement, business transformation and underwriting teams.

This is a highly visible role offering exposure to complex commercial agreements, digital transformation initiatives, outsourcing arrangements, technology projects and emerging areas such as AI and data governance.
