Job summary

DK Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Premises Team Leader in Plymouth to drive day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. You will provide guidance on valuation, leasing and property management while delivering high-quality customer service.

Lead a small team, oversee marketing, viewings, rent reviews and lease renewals, and work with external advisers to ensure compliant, value-driven property decisions.

Qualifications

• Requires strong understanding of commercial property management, valuation and leasing.
• Experience in managing portfolios of commercial properties and advising on lettings and renewals.
• Knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (Part II) and UK property law is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties with day-to-day asset management.
• Undertake rental valuations and monitor local market conditions.
• Negotiate leases, renewals and rent reviews.
• Market properties and conduct viewings for prospective tenants.
• Oversee lease assignments and collaborate with advisers and tenants.
• Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance programmes.
• Assist with rent collection and arrears management.
• Support valuations and rental calculations for internal stakeholders.
