Job summary

Macdonald & Company is seeking a proactive Chartered Commercial Property Manager to lead the management of a diverse portfolio across South West London and surrounding areas. You will oversee retail, office and industrial assets, driving service charge management and client guidance.

With a minimum of five years in commercial property management, you will combine strong knowledge of leases, valuation principles and budget control with excellent communication and stakeholder skills to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' commercial property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property law, leases and valuation principles.
• Solid financial and budget management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, primarily retail, with some office and industrial assets
• Developing and implementing strategies to maximise asset value, rental income and occupancy
• Preparing, overseeing and controlling service charge budgets
• Handling lease renewals, rent reviews and service contract negotiations
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and managing agents
• Providing strategic advice to clients on market conditions, asset performance and investment opportunities
• Leading and supporting junior members of the property management team
