Job summary

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their Lincoln team, offering a brand-new opportunity and a supportive, collaborative environment.

The role covers sales, acquisitions, leases, development and finance with flexible/hybrid working, strong client base including SMEs, investors and developers, along with career progression and 38 days leave.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQE in commercial property.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of property law, contracts, and transactional work.
• Excellent communication and client-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of commercial property matters including sales, leases, development and finance.
• Provide strategic advice to SMEs, investors, developers, landlords/tenants.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, leases and related agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and oversee transactions from instruction to completion.
• Maintain strong client relationships and high service standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments on multi-disciplinary matters.
• Participate in business development to raise the firm's profile.
