Qualifications

• Five years' PQE in Commercial Property.
• Experience in commercial property work and managing own matters.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advising on commercial property sales, purchases and disposals.
• Acting for landlords and tenants on a range of property matters.
• Negotiating and preparing commercial leases, renewals and related documentation.
• Supporting clients with property finance and secured lending transactions.
• Working on property development, investment and portfolio matters.
• Advising on agricultural property transactions where required.
