• Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' experience within Commercial Property.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion.
• Handling acquisitions, disposals and general sale and purchase transactions.
• Investigating title and carrying out property due diligence.
• Drafting and negotiating legal documents and transaction-related agreements.
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties.
• Reporting to clients on transaction progress and providing clear commercial advice.
• Supervising and supporting staff where appropriate.
• Assisting with business development and promoting the firm's services.
