Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion.
• Handle acquisitions, disposals and sale/purchase transactions.
• Investigate title and carry out property due diligence.
• Draft and negotiate transaction-related documents.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties.
• Report progress to clients with clear commercial advice.
• Supervise and support staff where appropriate.
• Assist with business development and networking to promote the firm's services.

The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion
• Handling acquisitions, disposals and general sale and purchase transactions
• Investigating title and carrying out property due diligence
• Drafting and negotiating legal documents and transaction‑related agreements
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties
• Reporting to clients on transaction progress and providing clear commercial advice
• Supervising and supporting support staff where appropriate
• Assisting with business development, networking and promoting the firm's services

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' experience within Commercial Property
• Strong experience managing sale and purchase transactions independently
