Aufgaben

• Managing day-to-day landlord and tenant matters across a commercial portfolio
• Supporting asset managers and clients with property performance and strategic initiatives
• Reviewing occupier applications including licences to alter, assignments and underlettings
• Monitoring lease compliance and resolving property management issues
• Preparing client reports and attending client meetings
• Assisting with service charge budgets, reconciliations and financial reporting
• Managing arrears processes alongside finance and credit control teams
• Undertaking regular property inspections
• Supporting ESG and sustainability projects across managed assets
• Coordinating suppliers, consultants and contractors
• Assisting with major works and capital projects
• Supporting acquisitions, disposals and property transitions
• Managing insurance matters and claims administration
• Overseeing vacant properties and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Developing occupier relationships and enhancing customer experience initiatives
