Job summary

Evolve Commercial, a fast-growing procurement consultancy, seeks a Senior Commercial & Procurement professional to support clients’ blue-chip technology programmes. You will deliver expert commercial advice, help win new business, and grow with the team as you contribute to contracts and client outcomes.

The role offers a remote-first setup with travel 2–3 days per week to client sites in the Bristol/Bath area and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in public sector procurement and IT procurement.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving initiative.
• Understanding of Public Contract Regulations; Defence/Security sector experience a plus.
• Ability to manage commercial risks and deliver to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and supplier relationships and performance.
• Help deliver sales opportunities to drive company growth.
• Develop procurement and commercial strategies.
• Author and support business cases for procurements.
• Manage tender activities using public sector frameworks and perform VFM analysis.
• Advise on compliance with Public Contract Regulations and internal policies.
• Carry out Contract Management with auditable trails.
