Senior Commercial Marketing Executive - On-Trade

The Advocate Group are exclusively partnering with Suntory Global Spirits to support the growth of their new Commercial Marketing function.

About the role:

As Senior Customer Marketing Executive for National On-Trade, you will be responsible for delivering and executing activations in this channel to drive growth and brand awareness with customers such as Caprice Holdings, Youngs, Mitchells & Butlers and more!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver activations aligned with channel plans.
  • Implement the Customer Marketing Strategy in On Trade accounts.
  • Partner with customers to enhance brand value and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on partnerships and activations.
  • Support the activation calendar around key brand moments.
  • Manage innovation launch plans in the On Trade.
  • Monitor KPIs, optimize campaigns, and ensure clear ROI.
  • Collect activation insights and report to the Insights & Reporting Manager.
  • Research and share competitor insights and best practices.
  • Contribute to brand planning and strategy to drive growth.

About you:

  • Experience in Customer/Trade/Shopper Marketing within an FMCG environment (Drinks Industry preferred)
  • Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering activations in a range of customers, ensuring the needs of the business and the needs of the customer are met.
  • Knowledge of UK On trade landscape, specifically in the London area.
  • Ability to understand and utilise category insights to inform activation plans.
  • Passion for the world of spirits, an interest to join a growing business & the desire to make your mark!
