Job summary

SGN is seeking a Lead Commercial Manager in London for a hybrid, full-time role. You will lead a team, manage long-term contracts, and drive commercial strategy across NEC3/4 and bespoke agreements for construction and infrastructure projects.

You will report to the Head of Commercial Management and engage with senior stakeholders across Legal, Operations and Finance while delivering value through innovative procurement practices.

Qualifications

• Degree level is desirable but not mandatory for the role.
• Strong commercial thinking in regulated environments is required.
• Experience delivering value through procurement and commercial services to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a procurement and commercial team across contracts.
• Develop and implement robust contract strategies and risk mitigations.
• Liaise with Legal, Operations and Finance on commercial matters.
• Prepare tender documentation and manage contract administration.
