Responsibilities
Commercial responsibility for multiple structures across the project.
Advise and manage commercial risks within the project.
Provide a team of surveyors with support and guidance on their job responsibilities.
Form an integral part of the multidisciplinary sub‑teams responsible for project delivery and client service.
Support the interim applications for payment and agreements.
Manage, administer and settle subcontractors' accounts.
Prepare and manage any claims.
Negotiate with client's representatives, subcontractors and consultants.
