You will oversee cost control, valuations, variations, and subcontractor procurement, working closely with operational and senior management to deliver projects commercially and contractually. A proven track record with main or specialist contractors is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience within Fit Out / Refurbishment.
• Senior QS/Commercial Manager level experience.
• Excellent contractual and commercial awareness.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record with main or specialist contractor.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of multiple projects.
• Overseeing cost control, valuations and variations.
• Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts.
