Job summary

Build Force Talent UK Ltd is seeking a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly growing contractor specialising in Facades & Cladding. Hybrid opportunity in London.

You will own the commercial performance across the contract portfolio, lead on payments, variations and extensions of time, and oversee CVR reporting with board-level insights. Must have contractor experience, facade sector know-how, JCT contract fluency and strong analytical/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' post-qualification experience as a quantity surveyor.
• Contractor-side experience is essential.
• Experience within facade, cladding or specialist envelope sector.
• Strong knowledge of JCT forms and managing variations/EOT.
• Experience producing CVR reports for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent numerical and financial reporting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to Board.
• Full UK driving licence held.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of the division's contract portfolio.
• Lead on live contracts; manage payments, variations and EOT with clients & subcontractors.
• Oversee monthly CVR cycle and present commentary to senior management and Board.
