Job summary

Modaxo Intelliscape seeks a Commercial Manager to own the full contract lifecycle, drafting and negotiating agreements and overseeing risk, governance, and social value commitments. You will liaise with the Group Legal team to ensure commercial integrity across bids and deliveries, including data protection alignment and compliance with UK GDPR.

You’ll shape engagement models, manage NDAs, licences and teaming agreements, and drive continuous improvement across commercial processes while leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with public sector procurement beneficial.
• Strong negotiation and contract drafting experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and approve contracts, including NDAs and licenses.
• Lead on risk assessment and governance for commercial activities.
• Manage customer and supplier contracts across bid, delivery and support.
• Oversee contract changes, pricing, and commercial risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with Group Legal and Finance to ensure compliance.
