Job summary

Arqiva is seeking a Senior Commercial Contract Manager to oversee the commercial performance of key customer accounts across the contract lifecycle. You will collaborate with finance, legal and operational teams to protect value and drive revenue growth.

You will draft and negotiate terms, manage risk, track milestones and maintain rigorous contract documentation. A flexible/hybrid working model supports work-life balance and career development within a landmark UK media and utilities platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing highly complex commercial contracts and models.
• Strong understanding of contract law, risk management and commercial principles.
• Proven ability to draft, review and negotiate contract terms to protect commercial interests.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end commercial performance of major contracts including in-life, renewal or termination.
• Ensure all contractual obligations, deliverables and milestones are tracked and met.
• Draft, review and negotiate contract terms to safeguard the organisation.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, conformance records and audit trails.
• Coordinate pricing governance with finance and commercial teams.
• Identify opportunities for contract variations or upselling to maximise value.
