Job summary

Sunblink is seeking a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our award-winning subcontractor team on a hybrid South Coast setup. You will drive profitability and handle the commercial management of major construction projects, ensuring quality and compliance throughout.

In this senior role you will partner with the Divisional Director and project teams to review tenders, manage monthly applications and certificates, finalise accounts, and report CVR metrics, while handling

Qualifications

• Senior commercial role with project management responsibilities.
• Strong contractual and commercial expertise.
• Knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts.
• Experience procuring specialist packages.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Divisional Director and project teams to deliver on-time, on-budget projects.
• Review tender through project completion for entitlement and contract compliance.
• Manage monthly payment applications in line with deadlines.
• Oversee monthly payment certificates with Accounts team.
• Drive timely finalization of accounts within contractual limits.
• Prepare and present monthly CVR reports.
• Assess and communicate the impact of variations and issue notices per contract.
