Job summary

Skilled Careers seeks an experienced Commercial Manager for a leading contractor based in Dartford. The role covers governance, reporting and assurance across pre-construction portfolios in healthcare, education and public sector infrastructure.

You will oversee CVRs, forecasts and risk allowances, delivering executive dashboards and analyses to support strategic decisions, with hybrid working and a competitive package including career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial governance, CVRs, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong risk management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present commercial information to directors and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial governance, compliance and assurance across pre-construction divisions.
• Review CVRs, forecasts and reports; provide robust challenge before senior leadership.
• Produce dashboards and strategic analyses to support business decisions for the Dartford team.
• Drive process improvements, standardise reporting and promote best practice.
• Mentor Lead Quantity Surveyors and develop commercial standards across the region.
