Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Commercial Manager for a permanent, full-time on-site role in Bristol. You will own the commercial performance across major construction work and support the wider commercial team.

The position includes commercial reporting, cost control and forecasting, contract risk management, subcontractor oversight, client relationships, variations and change management, and driving strong commercial processes on the project.

Qualifications

• Strong Quantity Surveying or commercial management background
• Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts is useful
• Experience in major construction projects is preferred

Responsibilities

• Own commercial performance across major construction work
• Produce commercial reporting and cost control/forecasting
• Manage contract risk and subcontractors
• Maintain client relationships and manage variations/change
• Support and develop Quantity Surveyors and drive robust processes on the project
