Qualifications

• Experience as Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong civil engineering or infrastructure background.
• Proven ability to manage cost, value, cash flow and profitability.
• Experienced in CVR, forecasting and cost projections.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial responsibility for civil engineering projects across the Midlands.
• Manage project cost, value, cash flow and profitability.
• Produce monthly CVR reporting, forecasting and cost projections.
• Ensure valuations and applications are submitted accurately and on time.
• Manage subcontract procurement, appointments, valuations and final accounts.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, mentor and develop Quantity Surveyors and junior commercial staff.
• Support projects from pre-construction through delivery and final account.
• Ensure commercial processes are applied consistently across projects.
