A leading facilities management provider in London is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to shape commercial strategy and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Government contracts and PFI/PPP frameworks, strong analytical and leadership skills. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of £85,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Opportunity
This is an exceptional role for a commercially minded professional who is ready to step up, take ownership, and contribute to shaping the future commercial strategy within a respected, established business. As Senior Commercial Manager, you will lead and develop a small team, providing mentorship and guidance while building a culture of high performance.
Working closely with senior management, you will provide expert commercial and contractual advice, identify opportunities, and drive improvements that deliver real commercial value. Your ability to interpret complex Government contracts, particularly within PFI/PPP frameworks, will be central to ensuring risks are mitigated and opportunities are realised.
