Job summary

Une grande entreprise de construction recherche un Senior Commercial Manager pour un projet d'ingénierie civile de haut niveau dans le Sud-Est du Royaume-Uni. Le candidat travaillera au sein d'une petite équipe sur un contrat à long terme, en gérant les coûts et en administrant les contrats NEC. Un esprit commercial, une expérience sur des projets majeurs, et des compétences en gestion d'équipe sont essentiels.

Qualifications

• Expérience sur des projets civils majeurs (nucléaire, ferroviaire, routes, eau).
• Connaissance solide des contrats NEC.
• Capacités prouvées en gestion commerciale et leadership.

Responsibilities

• Gestion commerciale de la mise en place des coûts à la comptabilité finale.
• Administration des contrats NEC et gestion des changements.
• Contrôle des coûts, valeur acquise et reporting financier.

Outside IR35 / Long-term contract
We're recruiting a Senior Commercial Manager to join a leading main contractor on a high profile, heavy civil engineering project in the South East. This long-term contract role is outside IR35 and involves working within a small commercial team on a major civil engineering package.
Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial management from Target Outrun Costs setting to final account
• NEC contract administration and change management
• Management of subcontract/supply chain packages
• Cost control, earned value, and financial reporting

Requirements

• Major civils project experience (e.g. nuclear, rail, highways, water)
• Strong NEC contract knowledge
• Proven skills in commercial awareness, client liaison, project management and team leadership
• Chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, MICES) or equivalent experience
• Based within reach of London for 1-2 office days per week
