Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation and case management skills.
• Experience with complex/high value disputes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes from start to finish.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence; instruct counsel when needed.
• Conduct legal research and manage cases through the litigation process.
• Liaise with clients, Counsel and third parties; provide clear, commercially focused advice.
