Sellick Partnership is working with a Legal 500 ranked firm seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team in the UK. The role covers a broad caseload, including contractual disputes, partnerships and shareholder disagreements, insolvency claims, and contentious probate, with opportunities to handle ADR and court appearances.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' PQE as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
• Substantial experience across a broad spectrum of commercial litigation.
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and drafting/negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload independently.
• Commercial awareness with ability to contribute strategically to the team.

Responsibilities

• Managing a broad and varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder disagreements, insolvency claims, and contentious probate.
• Handling matters involving ADR, including mediation and arbitration.
• Attending hearings, mediations, client meetings, and representing clients in court where appropriate.
• Contributing to business development, client retention, networking, and growing portfolio of work.
