Job summary

National Highways is expanding its Commercial Delivery team in Major Projects and seeks Senior Commercial Managers to lead end-to-end commercial delivery across a portfolio of schemes. You will oversee contract administration, cost capture, performance management and procurement activity, ensuring compliance with NEC contracts and public sector controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial teams and managing contracts.
• Strong knowledge of NEC forms of contract and public sector procurement.
• Ability to analyse cost data, drive efficiencies and value for money.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and contract management of schemes and ensure timelines.
• Provide commercial support across cost capture, analysis and performance.
• Drive procurements and review tender documents.
• Monitor contract performance and cost performance for improvements.
• Represent commercial perspective in portfolio and project meetings.
• Build strong partnerships with supply chain.
