Job summary

Arguile seeks a seasoned Commercial Manager to provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of complex FM project contracts, primarily for private sector clients. You will drive commercial performance, lead pricing decisions, and manage risks with the leadership team.

You will build strong client and internal relationships, oversee governance, reporting and the commercial function, and develop teams to deliver superior outcomes in a challenging environment.

Qualifications

• Full life cycle commercial and contract management.
• Pricing strategies development or advisory.
• Commercial risk assessment and mitigation.
• Contract variations and change management.
• Client and supplier negotiations.
• Contract governance and assurance.
• Financial modelling and cash flow awareness.
• P&L and balance sheet awareness.
• Understanding KPI and payment mechanisms.
• Leading commercial teams.
• Experience with NEC3/4 and JCT is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic commercial leadership across FM project contracts.
• Lead commercial strategy and pricing decisions.
• Manage and develop commercial resources deployed across the portfolio.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams.
• Lead the commercial management of contract variations, change and negotiations.
• Identify, assess and mitigate commercial, contractual and financial risks.
• Provide commercial reporting and insight to senior stakeholders.
• Support governance and approvals for new business opportunities.
