Job summary

Bimplus, a leading residential contractor based in Warrington, is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead the commercial and Quantity Surveying function across major high-rise and multi-family schemes. You will drive strategic and operational leadership, working with estimating, procurement, design and planning teams to ensure projects meet profitability targets.

Qualifications

Significant experience operating at Commercial Director / Senior QS level.
Experience in high-rise residential or multi-family construction.
Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
Proven leadership of large commercial teams.
Proven track record of delivering commercially successful projects.

Responsibilities

Providing strategic leadership across the commercial and Quantity Surveying function.
Overseeing the commercial performance of major high-rise residential projects.
Leading and developing the commercial and Quantity Surveying teams.
Reviewing project budgets, cost plans, forecasts and commercial strategies.
Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed commercial targets.
