Job summary

eTech Partners in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Client Adviser to join our brokerage team. You will manage a portfolio of client insurance needs, ensuring cover accuracy and a high level of service.

Key duties include renewals, MTAs, quotations, and policy documentation, while building strong client and insurer relationships and identifying cross-sell opportunities. You will support clients with claims, premium finance and account queries, and ensure FCA compliance

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in commercial insurance broking or general insurance.
• Experience handling renewals, MTAs and quotations.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products and policy structures.
• Strong client relationships and communication skills.
• Experience using Acturis or a similar broking system.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial insurance renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Prepare quotations and policy documentation.
• Build and maintain client and insurer relationships.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Negotiate quotations and policy terms.
• Identify cross-selling and new business opportunities.
• Support clients with claims enquiries, premium finance and account queries.
• Maintain accurate client records and FCA compliance.
• Collaborate with Client Executives to deliver excellent service.
