Cameron James Professional Recruitment is seeking a high-calibre Senior Commercial Insurance Broker to join a respected independent broker in Swindon. You will manage complex risk placements and lead renewals for a premium client portfolio.

You will negotiate at board level with senior directors, design market submission strategies, and work within a structured hybrid pattern to balance client service with personal development. FCA regulatory knowledge and CII progression are desirable.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Commercial Broker or Placement Specialist.
• Knowledge of multi-class commercial products and FCA regulatory requirements.
• Ability to advise C-suite on complex risk structures.

Responsabilités

• Market complex corporate risks and secure optimum terms.
• Broker best-in-class pricing through strong insurer relationships.
• Prepare sophisticated risk presentations for high-net-worth clients.
• Review risk submissions to ensure coverage accuracy across portfolios.
• Ensure market documents and endorsements are issued accurately and timely.
• Proactively manage renewals with up-to-date risk information.
