Goodman Masson are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a scaling subscription based commerce/retail business to hire a Senior Finance Analyst for their London finance team. This is a highly commercial role with strong exposure to senior leadership, providing the analysis and insight that help drive growth and profitability.

The role will lead budgeting, forecasting and model development, with hands‑on involvement in the transformation programme and exposure to M&A and value creation work

Qualifications

• Background in SaaS/Subscriptions and comfortable working with these KPI's.
• Confident communicating with senior, non-finance stakeholders.
• Proactive, commercially minded individual who wants to make an impact and grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes
• Own and develop the planning tool, acting as a builder to design models, improve forecasting processes and automate reporting
• Build and maintain financial models to support business decision-making
• Business partner department heads and non-finance stakeholders, helping them understand their numbers and improve cost control
• Deliver ad hoc commercial analysis, including scenario planning and performance tracking
• Analyse customer and subscription metrics to inform targeted marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth
• Contribute to transformation projects that will reshape the finance function and wider business operations

Senior FP&A Analyst | Subcription Commerce | £65,000 to £70,000 plus bonus | London - Hybrid

Goodman Masson are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a scaling subcripion based commerce/retail business to hire a Senior Finance Analyst for their London finance team. This is a highly commercial role with strong exposure to senior leadership, providing the analysis and insight that help drive growth and profitability.

The business is scaling rapidly in the UK and internationally, with ARR improving by 20% YoY. Finance is seen as a true business partner and plays a central role in budgeting, forecasting, improving operational performance and supporting key investment decisions.

The Role

This isn't a traditional reporting role. You'll work closely with budget owners and senior management, turning numbers into clear recommendations that improve business outcomes. Alongside core FP&A, you'll get hands-on involvement in the company's transformation programme and exposure to M&A and value creation work, which is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career.
