Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking a commercially minded finance professional to lead business partnering and FP&A activities within Corporate. The role focuses on delivering robust planning, forecasting and insightful financial analysis across the Business Direct channel.

You will partner with senior leaders to influence decisions and drive profitable growth in a hybrid work environment. The position requires strong stakeholder management, technical finance skills and the ability to translate data

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial finance, business partnering, FP&A or similar strategic finance environment.
• Highly analytical with strong financial modelling and commercial evaluation skills.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, identify risks/opportunities and influence decisions with evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial finance support for the Business Direct channel, providing insight and recommendations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Sales, Finance and Operations to influence performance.
• Own and deliver robust financial planning, forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Analyse revenue, margin, customer and product performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide financial evaluation and commercial modelling for new initiatives and pricing decisions.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for finance and non-finance audiences.
• Monitor key business drivers and support corrective actions where needed.
• Support governance and control activities ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting and forecasting processes.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships as a trusted finance partner.
